What happens if it goes wrong?

Things can go wrong and most things can be recovered.

The best man can drop the bride’s ring… …but then it becomes the best photo of the day. This happened!

There can be equipment failures, transport disasters, someone has an off day or simply you and I just don’t get what you or we expected. None of these have so far derailed a session, but one day… …one of these will happen. In this case I will redouble my efforts to get what you want, or if possible we rebook the session. If all else fails: I will not charge you.

I want great photos, lovely reviews and happy customers. One way or another I will fiercely protect that goal.
