What type of photographs do you take?

Studio

This is in my studio in The Peak District National Park. We typically use 2-3 lighting set-ups per session. This is 15 mins from Buxton, 35 mins from Macclesfield, 1 hr from Derby, 1hr 10 from Sheffield and 1hr 20 from Manchester. It’s set in a very rural environment with walks like Chrome Hill, The Roaches, Luds Church all close by. Most days we can serve you tea and cake while you’re here. Park up your car and go of walk with the dog afterwards…. The results are high detail, glossy images with plenty of sparkle.

Pop Up Studio

We come to you and borrow a room or area in your house/venue using a ‘capsule’ studio with a background and pro-lights. This has worked very well at parties and gatherings where the photography is in addition to the main event. In the past, candid photography of the event and studio photography have been combined. Results are similar to the Studio.

Candid

Unobtrusive photography taken by mingling through the venue. Never fully invisible, but with no flash lighting some guests will not always know that we’re there. This doesn’t stop impromptu poses from your gregarious guests, or couples and others. Images are atmospheric and capture the mood of the event.
