Will I like the photos?

Many people do not like their photograph being taken. Expressions, mannerisms and behaviours change when a camera or studio light appears. It’s natural and something with which I’m very familiar.

I’ve been doing this for a while and (hopefully) my results speak for themselves. I have customers and friends for whom my photographs are amongst the few that they actually like.

Studio photography is where the science and art come together. Technically the photographs will be excellent and therefore the ‘hit rate’ in 1 hour is high. Candid photographs, at a family gathering, birthday or anniversary will often take longer and are more based on the vibe and can evolve through the day or evening. You’ve been to that type of party haven’t you?

If we work together for an hour of studio time, experience tells me that we will get 10-15 that you will like and want to keep. I will normally know at the time if it will take longer than that and I’ll keep going at my cost if required.
